At the beginning of each massage we take a few slow, guided breaths together.
The audible sound of your own, slow breath signals to the brain and body that it is safe to relax.
(and it kind of sounds like ocean waves, which is also pretty relaxing).
30 minute Reset Massage

This treatment can be seated or laying down (your choice). A deeply relaxing massage, perfect for when you don’t have a lot of time but still need to tend to your body. This massage relieves tension where so many of us carry it, helping you move through the rest of your day with presence and looser shoulders. Many clients also find this treatment helpful for relieving tension headaches.
60 minute Healing Massage

This treatment is received laying on the massage table, allowing your whole body chance to fully unwind, encouraging muscles to soften and helping your nervous system shift out of “doing mode” and into a deeper state of restoration. An hour gives us time to tend to the whole back body, head neck and shoulders - we can avoid or focus on any areas upon request — whether that’s shoulders, hips, lower back or anywhere you are carrying tension.
90 minute Recovery Massage
£70 £65
This treatment is recommended if you have a lot of tension or it has been more than six weeks since your last massage. 90 minutes gives time and space to fully unwind layers of tension across the whole body, avoiding or focusing on areas upon request. This treatment is designed to bring you back into your body and into a deeply restorative state, stimulating the body’s own powerful healing response.
For all massages, I use my homemade whipped cocoa butter which is made from organic skin loving ingredients, suitable for sensitive skin. If you would prefer something lighter I have other oils and balms available.
After the treatment I can offer you a cup of water or herbal tea, to help the transition from a deeply relaxed state before you leave, made with filtered water and loose leaf tea blends.
